
I’m an accomplished digital design leader with more than 20 years of experience creating high-performing products for Fortune 100 companies.
Currently, I serve as Director of UX for CenterWell Pharmacy at Humana, where I’ve led major initiatives including the creation of a comprehensive digital design system and full redesigns of the mobile app and website.
Previously, I spent 14 years at Kroger, working across both digital and marketing. In digital, I led product design for Kroger’s first e-commerce experience on web and mobile. Later, as Group Creative Director, I oversaw content design across all digital channels, helping to strengthen brand consistency and engagement.

At CenterWell Pharmacy, part of Humana, I led the creation of a dedicated UX team—building the organizational structure, defining roles, and establishing processes that streamlined how we work. I managed a multidisciplinary team of 20–25 professionals across UX and interaction design, visual design, copywriting, research, content strategy, and legal compliance.
I drove several key initiatives to improve the customer experience, including the development of a comprehensive digital design system that increased consistency and efficiency across platforms. I also led the UX design for a new mobile app, which helped drive significant growth in new accounts, prescription conversions, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, I oversaw the research and design for CenterWell’s new website, ensuring that every decision was rooted in user insight and aligned with the organization’s business goals.
At Kroger, I led the reorganization of the digital design team within Marketing, overseeing a team of 25 associates across design, research, and project management. I established channel-specific design standards focused on brand integrity, usability, and accessibility to ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
As Creative Director for digital content, I oversaw initiatives spanning web, mobile, email, social media, and paid media. I also served as a key connection between the brand and UX teams, helping ensure that brand standards were thoughtfully executed throughout every digital experience.
At Kroger, I launched and managed the company’s first internal UX design team, leading designers, content managers, and project managers focused on the e-commerce website, mobile app, and promotional microsites. I led research and UX design for Kroger.com and the mobile app, helping shape a more intuitive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
I also spearheaded the development of a new CMS platform to improve flexibility and scalability across digital properties. In addition, I served as Creative Director for digital content, ensuring that design, copy, and user experience worked seamlessly together across all digital channels.

I serve on the board for the Mariemont School Foundation, helping raise and direct funds to support academic initiatives across the district. With a focus on brand and marketing, I recently led a full rebrand effort that included developing a new brand mark and visual style guidelines to create a more modern, cohesive identity. I also led the redesign of the foundation’s website and email.
